Support

Last updated 18 August 2026

Desert Fathers is published by Solomon Interactive LLC. Write to support@desertfathers.app and a person answers — usually within a day, and always within thirty.

It helps if you say which device you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. If it is about your account, write from the address the account uses.

Cancelling a subscription

The subscription belongs to your Apple or Google account, not to us, so it has to be cancelled there — we cannot do it for you, and neither can deleting your account.

  • iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Desert Fathers → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Desert Fathers → Cancel.

You keep everything you paid for until the period you already bought runs out.

You paid, but the app says you have not

This is usually a new phone or a reinstall. Open the app, go to the plans screen and tap Restore purchases — it asks the store what you own and puts it back. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account that paid. If it still does not appear, write to us.

Deleting your account

Two taps inside the app: YouAccountDelete account. If you no longer have the app installed, write to the address above and we will do it for you. Remember that deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.

The audio will not play

The audio is streamed, so it needs a connection the first time you hear each piece. If a chapter refuses to start, check that the device is not on silent and that another app is not holding the audio, then close and reopen Desert Fathers. If it keeps happening, tell us which day or which chapter and we will look at that file.
